About Christiane, principal accountant of iACT
Christiane founded iACT Accounting & Tax Services in December, 2012. Christiane has over 30 years of experience in commercial and financial accounting. She is recognised as a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA).
This includes over 15 years of specialist tax knowledge. Her experience in tax includes working for H&R Block for more than 8 years where she was also a Team Leader of the Doncaster branch, as well as working for a private practice for 3 years.

Bachelor of Economics – Accounting Major
This background is useful because it allows me to use my financial and economic knowledge to understand my client’s business better.
Certified CPA Public Practitioner and Fellow of CPA Australia
This means that I am qualified by the CPA Australia requirement to run a public practice in Australia, serving the general public. Additionally, CPA Australia has recognised me as a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA).
Registered Tax Agent
I am qualified by the Tax Practitioner Board’s standards to be appointed as an agent of Tax Compliance by the general public.
ASIC Credit Licensee Holder
As a result, I can write loans for clients who want to buy their home as owner occupied or as investments. As a Loan Writer, we need to be registered with ASIC.
Trilingual – English, Mandarin and Indonesian
An understanding of different cultures helps me to relate to others.
